I brought a vehicle from A4 Vans They very good at what they do,Professional & knowledgeable They let me have a test drive, with or without someone being with you,My van had less than six months mot on it, So they booked my van in the same day for mot …M4 Vans delivered my Vehicle on a low loader the next day for free….The delivery driver was professional and chatty.I would buy again from M4 Vans

All in all very straight forward transaction, all my questions answered and van up to now running well??? Unfortunately on closer inspection there were a couple more small dents and minor scratches than i thought and torn drivers carpets which were covered by the paper mats when i first looked inside but for this i blame myself for not inspecting.Had a slow puncture on the way home but i may have coincidently picked this up again didn't think i needed to check tyre pressures before setting off. Had a spare wheel in the van but this was not inflated and even if it was there was no Jacking Kit to change the wheel…….maybe the pre-delivery inspection needs to be a bit more thorough……Ended up 2hrs at National tyres on the way back home who managed to fit me in for a new tyre…..ive also ordered a jacking kit for the van.Can’t fault Chloe and Im sure she wouldn't have sent me on my way (180 mile journey) with a known slow puncture or a missing car jack or no puncture kit.Bottom line happy with the van but pre-delivery checks need to be more robust as does my own checks……van is booked in at my usual local garage for a more detailed check of things…..hopefully no hidden issues.Would use M4 again but take more time to check things over next time.

Hi, I apologise you feel this way. I tried my best in the video to point out any defects in the van bodywork but sometimes hard to see. Honestly if we had noticed a puncture of any kind, I would have not sent it out like this, it would have been rectified. All the tyres were fine while it was with us and no tyre pressure light on to indicate any problems. I am very pleased you like your new vehicle tho and hope to see you again in the future. Recently dealt with Kieran at M4, found the perfect vehicle I needed and arranged delivery direct to my work within just a few days. had a tiny little issue on the vehicle that would not have been spotted prior to delivery but the guys dealt with it honourable and did more than they needed too.great service thanks very much

Great service from the first moment of contact to the end. Peugeot expert as described and more.. was better in person than expected. Would highly recommend this company for a van. They have loads of different variety.
